Having worked in the corporate sector for about 20 years, Julian is proficient in the craft of business management and processes, streamlining them to produce exceptional results while redirecting company resources to where they are needed most. As a manager in electronic banking during the Y2K challenge, he successfully saw the bank through that phase, and later on advanced to work as a CEO and comptroller for medium sized organizations while teaching in a couple of colleges.
With a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Business Administration, Julian combines his passion to help, teach and lead entrepreneurs to be the best versions of themselves, his compassionate yet driven coaching style, and his understanding of organizations to steer others to provide quality-driven results. His coaching style is collaborative, results-oriented and concentrates on each client’s individual needs. Through his dedication and commitment towards his profession, he has provided managerial and financing services to various clients, and by planning and implementing the latest accounting and tax strategies, saved thousands of dollars carelessly reported as taxes.
Julian has the experience, knowledge, motivation, and innate altruism to share his intellectual knowledge with all types of entrepreneurs and business owners that somehow are stuck in their business and their life. When not coaching and mentoring, Julian can be found couching young soccer player, reading and updating himself on the new techniques and modern technology, or hiking.
